The Parachute equimpent that we use for student jumps is maintained to UK Standards by our in house Manager Jorro Panides. . When you are issued with your kit at the beginning of a course , we assure you that you will feel confident in what you have in your hands. We currently have ten complete sets of kit suitable for students and people with less than 100 jumps and have four more again suitable for people of zero to low experience on order from Sunshine rigging and Performance Designs.

Wings Student Harness/Containers.
Maunufactured in Florida by Sunrise Rigging International our student containers are a pretty stylish and very safe piece of kit. We have six sets of gear , in varied harness sizes for a comfy and safe fit.
Mirage RTS systems
Featuring the new belly bands to avoid " floating containers" , that is to say containers which can slide around on your back causing you to turn when you dont want to this sexy piece of kit is a fine addition to the flight line. Aerodyne Solo Main Canopies.
In December of 2005 we also added an aditional four sets of equipment to the flight line. The canopies are Aerodyne Solos , in sizes ranging from 230 to 280. These canopies prove a useful addition to our range as they allow you feel a more responsive canopy when you are ready but still have a forgiving flare ideal for students. These canopies bring you closer to the type of canopy you are likely to have in your first set of gear. This is based on statistical data from our shop .. Aerodyne Smart Reserves.
Manufactured by Aerodyne International the Smart Reserve Parachute is hopefully something you wont need , but if you do be confident that you will have a parachute that is latest generation.

Airtec Automatic Opening Device.
An AAD or automatic opening device is designed to open your reserve parachute in the event of you still being above " normal decent rates " at a certain altitude. We had several choices in terms of manufacturer and model with this piece of kit. We have chosen from the most established company as their track record is not surpassed. Our AADs are made by Airtec from Germany.

General Approach
This is a critical control point in our business. Not something normally considered when people are ´shopping around.´ Our is very diligent in looking after things and will ground a rig at the drop of a hat if he suspects something is ´not right´. Minor repairs are carried out on site and 500 jump reline and inspections are completed by the Manufactures in the US. We have also chosen the parachutes for their forgiving performance characteristic in ´student hands ´.
